It also includes programs for the advancement of renewable energies, increased technological advancement for the reduction of carbon pollution and training pipelines for more sustainable opportunities.  
Finance and Investment

This focuses on information about funding mechanisms and investments that are vital to promote the initiatives of climate change adaptation and mitigation and disaster risk reduction and management strategies. It also provides information on how to access global funds that can be used to attract co-financing elucidation from the private sector.

This provides evidence-based lessons from local actions to attain resilience  not only on human and social dimension but also on assets, properties, infrastructures, and services. This also tackles interventions designed in an integrated manner from the international partners, government, academe, civil society organizations, non-government associations, and other stakeholders.

This provides information about strategies and techniques on strengthening the resiliency of the academic sector through early warning simulation drills, evacuation for expected and recurring disasters, and integration of climate and disaster science to their curricula.

This provides information about trans-disciplinary approaches about the nature and components of adaptive capacity and how it will be strengthened to reduce the vulnerability of the direct and indirect receptors of various climate and geo-hazards. It also gives gender-sensitive strategies that are substantial in creating and developing human resource capacity building, which fosters gender balance in the decision-making
